Hi! Thank you for checking this out!

In this Yoga program you will experience helpful physical technique for hands and feet, and with that a connection to grounding and Earth through the feet, and Creativity and Power by working with your hands.

The yoga promises to be mindful and steady, with time to discover the Yoga postures on your terms. I will bring my years of experience (teaching Yoga in Chicago since 2003) in leading thoughtful and calming classes that soothe and fortify class participants for daily life and challenging times.

I strive to make Yoga classes accessible, fun and inspiring

Foot Foundations and Hands that Create

Yoga program

Included in this yoga program are 3 classes each week for 4 weeks, 12 classes in all.

3 classes are included every week:

  1. One 90 minute class. You can join the live yoga class on zoom on Mondays at 9:15am Central Time, or do the class video recording on your own timing later in the week.
  2. One mini-yoga class video recording, less than 30 minutes long, to supplement the longer class.
  3. One meditation or guided relaxation audio file, about 10 minutes long, in the class theme of the week.

The 90-minute classes for first 3 weeks will include energizing standing poses. During the 4th week the classes are restorative yoga with a more chill vibe to help everything integrate from the first 3 weeks. You will leave the program after 4 weeks feeling energized, refreshed, connected to Earth and your Creative Powers! ...and perhaps with a technique or two to help your hands and feet in yoga and beyond!

This course is closed for enrollment.

A bit more about the teacher...

When I was a child my grandmother introduced me and other family members to Yoga as a way to settle and relax together before bedtime. It made yoga seem accessible to me as I grew and had other opportunities to learn about yoga. Even as I have grown so far beyond that time I remember with my grandmother, something about my regard for Yoga as a way for people to relax and connect remains. I bring a familial style to my classes, and I love connecting with people in this way. So I hope you feel comfortable in my class and enjoy this Yoga class series.
